For the past 20 years the Architecture in Genoa program has offered students from Florida International University School of Architecture an opportunity to learn about the culture and architecture of Italy while living and studying in the coastal city of Genoa. In 2023 a group of 20 Design 9 students and two faculty members traveled to Genoa to learn about architecture with a unique focus on sustainable design.
